About Our Products

Stable supply of safe and secure quality

We utilize their benefits and characteristics such as shape retention, water retention, elasticity, stability, emulsification, and foaming, and contribute to our daily lives and society.

Gelatine is an animal protein extracted from collagen

Collagen is a fibrous protein that constitutes the body of the animals. Among proteins, which are the most important components for life, gelatine is a prominent animal protein that has the unique property of performing reversible sol-gel (solution and gelation) at near body temperature.

GelatinGelatin

Low-molecule and high-purity protein made by purifying raw materials

Collagen peptides have improved digestion and absorption in the body and improved functionality. They have lower molecules than gelatine, dissolves in water immediately, and do not harden even if cooled. These benefits are why there is a large market for these materials. Collagen peptides are also used for supplements and collagen drink and protein intake.

Collagen peptidesCollagen peptides

Glue that has been used as an adhesive and fixing agent since a long time ago

We investigated the manufacturing method, raw materials, and ingredients of hide glue of the Meiji era, and the SANZENBON was restored to the original state with its smells reduced by the latest technique.
